These policies apply to the Smart Invite Studio website, our quotations and orders, and the digital invitation websites we create. By using our website, submitting an inquiry, approving a quotation, or placing an order, you agree to the relevant terms below.
In these policies, “Smart Invite Studio,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Smart Invite Studio. “Client” means the person or organisation placing an order. “Guest” means a person who receives, visits, or responds through an invitation website.
Smart Invite Studio creates personalised digital invitation websites for weddings, Nikah ceremonies, birthdays, baby showers, graduations, corporate events, family celebrations, and other occasions. Depending on the selected package, an invitation may include animations, music, countdowns, interactive date reveals, photo galleries, event schedules, maps, dress codes, stories, RSVP options, and other agreed features.
Each project is custom digital work. The exact design, pages, functions, delivery estimate, revisions, hosting period, and price are defined in the selected package, quotation, invoice, or written order confirmation.

Any feature, function, language, event page, venue, form, animation, or integration not included in the confirmed scope may be quoted separately.
The Client must provide complete and accurate information, including names, spellings, dates, timings, locations, contact details, photographs, videos, music preferences, and invitation wording.

Smart Invite Studio is not responsible for errors that were supplied or approved by the Client.
We may provide a draft or preview for review. The Client must submit requested corrections in one clear, consolidated message for each revision round.
Final approval confirms that the design, wording, names, spellings, dates, timings, locations, media, and links have been checked. Changes requested after final approval or publication may be charged separately.
Unless a quotation states otherwise, 50% advance payment is required to begin the project. The remaining 50% must be paid before final publication, transfer, custom-domain connection, or delivery of the live invitation link.
Prices are quoted in Pakistani rupees unless another currency is clearly stated. Bank, payment-gateway, currency-conversion, domain, licensed-media, and other third-party charges may be added where applicable.
The number of revision rounds depends on the selected package or quotation. A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the approved direction, such as correcting text, replacing supplied images, or making minor colour and layout changes.
A new concept, major layout change, additional function, new animation, new language, replacement of most content, or a request outside the agreed scope is not a revision and may require a separate quotation.
Delivery time begins after the advance payment and all required content have been received. Typical initial delivery is 3 to 5 working days unless a different schedule is confirmed. Complex, multi-function, multilingual, or fully custom invitations may require additional time.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays in Pakistan. Client delays, incomplete content, late approvals, platform outages, and new requests may extend the delivery date.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation, hosting for the final invitation is included for 12 months from publication. Renewal, migration, domain renewal, additional storage, or continued hosting after that period may be chargeable.
The Client should contact us before the hosting period ends if the invitation must remain online. We may remove an expired invitation after reasonable notice. Custom-domain registration and renewal charges are separate unless specifically included.
Invitation links are designed to be shared. Anyone who receives a link may be able to view its contents. Password protection or restricted access is included only when agreed in writing. The Client should avoid publishing sensitive information that is not necessary for the event.
Invitation websites may use third-party services such as Google Maps, WhatsApp, web hosting, analytics, fonts, audio, video, or embedded media. Their availability and behaviour are controlled by their respective providers.
Browsers may block automatic audio until a visitor interacts with the page. Maps, RSVP links, embedded media, and messages may also behave differently across devices or apps. Smart Invite Studio cannot guarantee the uninterrupted availability of third-party services.
Clients must not submit or request content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or designed to harm another person or system. We may refuse, suspend, or remove such content without publishing it.
Drafts and previews may contain a watermark. Final invitations may include a small Smart Invite Studio credit or watermark as stated in the selected package. Removal of the final credit is available only when agreed in writing and may carry an additional fee.
We take reasonable care to keep invitation websites accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Temporary downtime may occur because of maintenance, hosting issues, internet failures, third-party services, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Smart Invite Studio will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by incorrect Client-supplied information, guest non-attendance, missed RSVP messages, third-party outages, device incompatibility, event cancellation, or unauthorised sharing of an invitation link.
Our total liability relating to a project will not exceed the amount paid to us for that specific project. Nothing in these policies excludes any right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

An invitation website contains information selected by the Client and is intended to be shared with guests. A person with the invitation link may view and forward it. The Client controls which personal information is supplied for publication and confirms that permission has been obtained from the people shown or named where required.
We may take reasonable steps to discourage search-engine indexing, but we cannot guarantee that a publicly accessible link will remain private or will never be copied, forwarded, captured, or indexed.
Guest responses are collected only to support the relevant event and may be shared with the Client or the RSVP contact selected by the Client. Once information has been delivered to the Client or sent through WhatsApp, the Client and the relevant third-party platform may process it independently.
Guests should submit only the information requested for attendance confirmation.
Our invitations may feature birthdays, baby showers, or family events involving children. We do not knowingly request project instructions directly from children. The Client confirms that they are the parent, guardian, or authorised person, or that they have obtained suitable permission before providing a child’s name, photograph, video, or other information.
We may share limited information with trusted providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, forms, analytics, payment processing, cloud storage, communication, mapping, domain, audio, and media services. We share only what is reasonably necessary for the service.
We may also disclose information where required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect our rights, users, systems, or the public.
We retain inquiry, project, payment, and support records only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, hosting, accounting, dispute handling, security, or legal requirements. Invitation assets may be deleted after the hosting or support period ends.
Clients should keep their own copies of important photographs, videos, wording, and event records. Smart Invite Studio is not a permanent media-storage service.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. However, no website, online transfer, storage system, or shared link is completely secure. Clients and guests provide information with this understanding.
Subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping, a person may ask us to:
We may need to verify the requester’s identity before acting. Deleting information may affect an active invitation or our ability to provide the service.
Some technology providers may process or store information outside Pakistan. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices. By choosing features that depend on those services, the Client understands that such processing may occur.
Smart Invite Studio may use cookies, local storage, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember settings such as theme preferences, understand general website usage, improve performance, and protect forms from misuse.
Third-party features such as maps, videos, audio players, analytics, payment tools, or social and messaging links may set their own cookies or collect technical information when used.
Visitors can block or delete cookies through their browser settings. Disabling essential storage may prevent preferences or parts of the website from working correctly. Where a consent banner is provided, visitors can manage non-essential cookies through that banner.
Our invitations are personalised digital services created for a specific Client and event. They cannot be returned or resold like a physical product.
If the Client cancels before design or development work begins, eligible payments may be refunded after deducting any non-recoverable transaction, domain, licensed-asset, or third-party charges.
Once design, development, copy preparation, asset preparation, or other project work has started, the advance payment is non-refundable because production time and resources have been reserved and used.
A refund is not normally provided because the Client changes their mind, delays content or approval, cancels the event, chooses not to use the completed invitation, or provides incorrect information.
Where possible, one event-date change may be accommodated without rebuilding the design. Significant rescheduling, new content, a new theme, or re-publication after expiry may be charged separately.
If Smart Invite Studio cancels a project or cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer an appropriate correction, alternative, extension, or refund for the undelivered portion. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
The Client must report a material technical issue or failure to match the approved scope promptly and provide enough information for us to investigate. We will first be given a reasonable opportunity to correct the issue.
A subjective preference change after approval is treated as a new revision rather than a service defect.
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 7 to 10 working days. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time. Refunds are usually returned through the original payment method where practical.
The estimated schedule is confirmed with the order. Typical initial delivery is 3 to 5 working days after payment and complete content are received. Priority or urgent delivery is subject to availability and may cost extra.
Complete content includes final names and spellings, invitation wording, event date and time, venue and map link, RSVP details, selected photographs or videos, preferred music, and any package-specific information.
The selected package or quotation states the number of included revisions. Each round should be submitted as one consolidated list. Unused revisions have no cash value and cannot be transferred to another project.

If the Client does not respond for 30 calendar days, the project may be archived. Reopening an archived project is subject to availability and may require an additional fee. Payments already applied to completed work remain non-refundable.
Final delivery occurs when the approved invitation is published and the working link is shared with the Client. Source code, editable design files, premium asset licences, or development files are not included unless expressly stated in the quotation.
The Client retains ownership of original photographs, videos, logos, text, and other material they provide. The Client grants Smart Invite Studio permission to copy, resize, edit, format, host, and display that material only as needed to create and support the ordered invitation.
Smart Invite Studio retains ownership of its code, templates, reusable layouts, animation methods, components, design systems, processes, and other pre-existing or reusable material.
After full payment, the Client receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final invitation for the agreed event and hosting period. The Client may share the invitation link with guests but may not resell, duplicate, extract, sublicense, or commercially reuse our code or design system.
Fonts, music, photographs, icons, videos, maps, software, and other third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ licences and terms. A licence for one invitation does not necessarily permit reuse elsewhere.
We will not use private family photographs or private invitation details in public promotional material without the Client’s permission. When permission is granted, the Client may later ask us to review future use, although material already published or shared by others may not be fully retrievable.
If a person believes that material on an invitation infringes their rights, they should contact us with the invitation link, identification of the material, an explanation of their rights, and reliable contact information. We may temporarily restrict disputed material while reviewing the complaint.
Our website and invitations may link to Google Maps, WhatsApp, social media, payment services, venue websites, media platforms, or other external services. A link does not mean that Smart Invite Studio controls or endorses that service. Visitors should review the external provider’s own policies before sharing information.
Countdowns, map directions, calendar links, and event details are provided for convenience. Guests should confirm important information with the host. Smart Invite Studio does not organise, manage, guarantee, or accept responsibility for the underlying event unless a separate event-management agreement clearly states otherwise.
Clients should contact us first with their order details and a clear description of the concern. We will review the matter in good faith and try to provide a practical solution.
These policies are governed by the laws of Pakistan and, where applicable, the laws of Punjab. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or lawful forum, disputes will be handled by the courts having jurisdiction in Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these policies when our services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The terms confirmed for an existing paid order will continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with the Client.
